About this beach

Hat Sai Kaew is the longest and best-known beach on Koh Samet, a stretch of fine white sand about 800 metres long, a short walk from the Na Dan pier. The shallow, rock-free water is backed by restaurants, loungers and water-sport rentals such as jet skis and banana boats. Statues of Prince Aphai Mani and the mermaid stand on the beach. It gets crowded at weekends and stays lively at night.
