Ao Cho is a small, laid-back bay on Koh Samet’s east coast, between Ao Nuan and the busier Ao Wong Duean. Its short strip of pale sand has a pier, a few bungalow resorts and casual beach bars, and coral patches lie close to shore. The beach changes noticeably at low tide. Like most of the island, it lies within a national park that charges an entry fee.
