Ao Lung Dam is a small, coconut-shaded bay about 500 m south of Ao Thian on Koh Samet’s east coast. Its short sandy shore has a jetty, a few simple bungalows and a pier-side restaurant, and coral patches lie close in. Quieter than the beaches further north, it has no direct road access: it is a short walk from Ao Thian, and boats call at its jetty.
