Queens Beach
- Family friendly
Queens Beach is Bowen’s longest sandy beach, stretching for about five kilometres along the town’s coastal edge. The foreshore includes free BBQs, a large playground and a shared walking and cycling route, making the area practical for a longer family visit. Near the Don River mouth, onshore winds can create suitable conditions for kitesurfing. Listed facilities include parking, public toilets, showers and a playground.
