About this beach
Thong Reng is a small sandy cove just south of Than Sadet on Koh Phangan’s east coast, reached by a short walk over a bridge from Than Sadet. Smaller and more secluded than its neighbour, it has shallower water and many rock pools to explore. Rocks along the shore call for care, and waves can build during the monsoon.
