About this beach

Takian Beach is a curving shore of about 750 metres on Koh Kood’s west coast, between Bang Bao Bay and Khlong Hin. South of Bang Bao the coast changes direction, so this shore catches more wind and waves than the bays further north; rocky outcrops alternate with patches of fine sand. It is lightly developed and reached by dirt tracks. Seas can be choppy from July to September.
