Fosters Beach
Fosters Beach is a narrow, steep and largely rocky cove on the Mornington coast, facing Port Phillip Bay. The roughly 80-metre shore is reached from the Fossil Beach walking track, with a small car park opposite 633 Esplanade and a steep descent to the water. The cliffs are steep and unstable, while deep water can lie close inshore at high tide and rips may form when waves break. Dogs are listed as leash-free year-round, subject to local signs.
