Berrys Beach

Berrys Beach is a secluded sandy beach on Phillip Island’s southern coast, framed by rugged headlands and open Bass Strait views. Access is from the car park at the end of Berrys Beach Road, followed by a short walk and stepped approach to the shore; the clifftop route toward Pyramid Rock adds a rewarding coastal walk. The beach is known for surfing, rock-pool exploring, fishing and beach walks, but strong rips and high swell can occur, so swimming conditions deserve careful judgement. Short-tailed shearwater habitat nearby makes staying on marked tracks especially important.
