Diamond Bay Beach
Diamond Bay Beach is a sandy ocean cove near Sorrento, set below tall calcarenite cliffs that rise dramatically above the shore. Rock platforms and reef frame the beach, giving it a strong coastal-wildlife and surf-fishing character as well as scenic appeal. Access is via a path and stairs from the Diamond Bay Road car park; parking is limited and there are no toilets at the beach. Within the Mornington Peninsula National Park, Diamond Bay is a rewarding stop for coastal views and close-up exploration of the rugged shoreline.
