Bushrangers Bay

Bushrangers Bay is a natural, ocean-facing beach on the southern Mornington Peninsula near Cape Schanck. Its sandy shore is framed by basalt cliffs and reached by an approximately 5.4-kilometre return walk from the Cape Schanck Lighthouse car park. The beach is unpatrolled, and rips, strong currents, rocky reefs and large waves mean swimming is not recommended. It is best known for coastal walking, scenery and rockpools at low tide.
