Pak Nam Pran Beach runs for about 7 km south of the Pran Buri River mouth, where a long-established fishing community keeps its squid boats; a shrine to the Prince of Chumphon stands at the end of the beach road. The road follows the quiet shore, making the sand easy to reach by car, and resorts and seafood restaurants line the way.
