About this beach

Khao Takiab Beach is the southern stretch of Hua Hin’s long sandy shore, ending at the foot of Khao Takiab, a hill whose name means Chopstick Mountain. Backed by resorts, it is roomier and quieter than the busy town-centre beach. Steps or a road lead up to the hilltop temple with its tall standing Buddha and views back along the coast; keep your distance from the macaques there.
