Hat Samran is a sandy beach on the south-west-facing coast of Trang’s Hat Samran district, which is named after it. Dense casuarina trees grow along the shore, large and small islands are visible out to sea, and a sea breeze blows for much of the day, which makes it a pleasant place to take the sea air. Sea conditions can change during the south-west monsoon.
