About this beach

Chang Lang Beach is a long, wide strip of sand on the Trang mainland just south of Pak Meng, shaded by coastal trees and home to the headquarters of Hat Chao Mai National Park. At its southern end rises Khao Bae Na, a limestone hill with prehistoric rock paintings, reached by a floating walkway, with a lookout over the seagrass beds where dugongs feed.
