Ao Thung Sang is a crescent-shaped bay on the Pathio coast, with about 1.3 km of fine white sand framed by hills. The shore remains largely undeveloped, and its scenery has served as a backdrop for national advertising shoots. Cliffs and oddly shaped rocks mark the southern end and can be explored on foot at low tide. Waves can build during the monsoon, so current warnings should be checked.
