Ao Phang Ka Noi (Panka Noi Bay) is a small, quiet bay on the north coast of Koh Bulon Lae, about a 10-minute walk from School Beach along the lane that crosses the island. A few restaurants and bungalows sit around the bay, but rocks and mangroves along the shore make it more of a place for a meal and a rest than for a swim.
