About this beach

Ao Kam Pu is a sheltered, horseshoe-shaped bay about 700 m wide between Koh Khao Yai and the neighbouring island of Koh Lin Ti in Mu Ko Phetra National Park. A small stream fed by a waterfall runs into the bay, coral can be seen along the shore at low tide, and sea turtles nest on its beach. The island, reached by boat from Pak Bara, closes every year from 15 May to 15 October.
