Ao Molae is a quiet bay on Koh Tarutao’s north-west coast, about 4 km south of the national park headquarters. Its white beach, roughly 1 km long, is lined with rows of coconut palms and the water is clear; the bay is a favoured spot for watching the sunset. The park’s bungalows stand here. The park closes to visitors each year during the south-west monsoon.
