Ao Pai is a small sand cove of about 130 m at the north-eastern tip of Koh Phayam, tucked behind the headland east of Ao Kwang Peeb. It faces east-north-east, with rocks along the shore and trees behind the sand. The cove is reached on foot by a footpath that branches off a track.
