Loang Baloq is a west-facing beach in the Tanjung Karang district of Sekarbela, close to the centre of Mataram. It is known for its sunsets, and the neighbouring Taman Loang Baloq park and the tomb of Syekh Gauz Abdurrazak draw visitors too. Warungs along the shore serve local seafood. Waves and currents deserve attention.
