Gili Gede is the largest of the Sekotong islands and has villages, so its east-coast beach feels lived-in rather than remote. A narrow strip of white sand runs beside a paved footpath, with shallow, pool-like water in front. It is reached by boat from the Sekotong coast, and reefs around the island attract snorkellers and divers.
