Gili Asahan is a quiet, sparsely populated island off Sekotong. Its main beach of soft pale sand runs along the southern shore, where the few eco-lodges and small resorts cluster. There are no clubs or motor vehicles, and the corals around the lodges draw snorkellers. Boats cross from Sekotong in roughly fifteen minutes.
