Malimbu is a small beach on Lombok’s north-west coast, lying below the palm-covered hill that gives the area its name. The sand ranges from white to light brown, the water is clear, and nearby rocks attract people who like to snorkel. The hilltop viewpoint is known for its coastal views; the way down is steep, and waves and currents can change, so check current conditions.
