Tuross Main Beach

Tuross Main Beach is an approximately 250-metre sandy beach on the Tuross Head peninsula, between Tuross Headland and Tuross Lake. It is recognised locally as a swimming beach and has a relaxed setting where ocean views meet the lakes and waterways around the peninsula. A free public beach wheelchair is available at the main beach through the local community association. Conditions can be influenced by the nearby lake entrance and tidal channels, so swimmers should follow local signs and current beach advice.
