Bawley Point Beach is a sandy ocean beach on the NSW South Coast, partly sheltered by the southern headland of Bawley Point and surrounded by a relatively natural coastal setting. Two popular surf breaks attract surfers and bodyboarders, while a nearby jetty and boat ramp support fishing, paddling and launching small watercraft. Bawley Point Reserve is a short walk away and provides a picnic area, children’s playground and public toilets, including an accessible toilet. Surf conditions can vary, so swimming and other water activities should be chosen with regard to the day’s sea state and the visitor’s experience.
