Surf Beach (Surf Beach) is an accessible ocean beach about a ten-minute drive south of Batemans Bay, with sand, grassy areas overlooking the shore and a nearby playground. Its protected, generally calm water makes it a popular family swimming destination, and cafés, change rooms and showers are close by. Beach Road provides parking and access to the Munjip Trail, whose route near the beach includes Indigenous art installations. It is still an open-coast setting, so visitors should take local conditions into account before swimming.
