Shelly Beach

Shelly Beach in Warrnambool is a rugged Southern Ocean beach reached from Thunder Point by an approximately 900-metre gravel walking track. Its sandy sections, rocky outcrops and shell-rich shoreline create a distinctive setting for quiet walks, scenery and wildlife spotting. Access is limited and tides affect connections toward Levy’s Beach; the section near the ocean outfall is unsuitable for swimming or fishing.
