Lagoon Beach
Lagoon Beach at Low Head faces the Tamar River and is generally more sheltered than nearby East Beach. Its shallow, usually calm water, children's play area, picnic setting, BBQs, public toilets and car parking make it a practical family day beach. Visitors can fish, kayak or windsurf along the sandy shore, while windy conditions can still make the water choppy and require sensible judgement.
