Back Beach
Back Beach is a short sandy shore west of Main Beach in Devonport, facing Bass Strait. It is reached via Coles Beach Road, with a foreshore reserve, parking and walking or cycling connections nearby. The beach is also a designated dog exercise area, and its sandy expanse broadens at low tide. It is unpatrolled, so visitors should consider wind, waves and tides carefully if planning to enter the water.
