Buttons Beach
- Family friendly
Buttons Beach is a broad, north-facing ocean beach at Ulverstone, close to the mouth of the Leven River. Its soft sand, generally gentle waves and long shoreline make it a popular place for relaxed beach time and walking. A designated section allows dogs, while families commonly use the swimming area near the local surf club. Conditions can change around the training wall and rocky sections, so take care near those areas.
