Barnbougle Beach
Barnbougle Beach is a natural Bass Strait shoreline near Bridport, set alongside a coastal sand-dune landscape. It forms the beachfront outlook for Barnbougle Dunes, whose clubhouse and accommodation look across the beach, while Dorset Council places it within Bridport’s wider coastal setting. Sand movement and storm events can make the dune system dynamic, so visitors should check local access arrangements and follow signs when planning a walk by the shore.
