90 Mile Beach

90 Mile Beach is part of the broad, continuous sandy coast facing Bass Strait in the Gippsland Lakes region. Its long shoreline, low dunes and open horizons provide a natural setting for walking, swimming, surfing and beach fishing. Conditions on this exposed coast can change quickly, and strong currents or undertows are possible, so local guidance should be followed before entering the water. Surrounding coastal parks help preserve the beach’s natural, lightly developed character.
