About this beach

Tham Phang Beach, also known as Ao Asdang, is a wide stretch of fine sand on the west coast of Koh Sichang and the island’s main beach. Its west-facing shore is a popular place to watch the sunset, and a beach resort’s restaurant sits right behind the sand. Rubbish can wash in with the tide, and the sea can turn rougher during the May–October monsoon.
