Dongtan Beach (Jomtien)

About this beach

Dongtan Beach runs north from where Thappraya Road meets the Jomtien seafront, towards Pattaya Park at the foot of Pratumnak Hill. The sand is split into vendor-run sections with loungers and umbrellas, backed by a tree-lined walkway. Families use most of the beach, while one section is known as Pattaya's gay beach. An information board on the sand gives first-aid advice for jellyfish stings.
