Nai Phlao is a gently curving beach of pale sand in a bay just south of Khanom Beach, ending at a headland in the south. Popular with Thai holidaymakers, it is the part of the Khanom coast with the most places to stay and eat, as resorts, guesthouses and restaurants line the back of the sand. The quieter bay of Ao Thong Yee lies a little further south.
