Watsons Bay

Watsons Bay is a calm, protected harbour cove at the southern entrance to Sydney Harbour, with a small sandy beach used for swimming and relaxing. The foreshore also suits stand-up paddleboarding, picnics and harbour-view walks. Limited parking, public toilets and showers are available around Marine Parade, with a ferry wharf and restaurants nearby. Watsons Bay is defined more by sheltered urban harbour water than by open-ocean surfing.
