Chinamans Beach

Chinamans Beach is a sheltered sandy stretch of about 250 metres on Mosman’s northern edge, set inside Middle Harbour. Away from open-ocean swell, the cove is suited to relaxed swimming, shoreline picnics and children’s play in calmer water, although boats anchoring in Shell Cove mean visitors should remain aware of activity on the water. Balmoral Beach can be reached by a roughly one-kilometre walk around the rocks. Entry is free and the site welcomes visitors with access needs.
