Shelly Beach (Manly) is a small sandy cove on the sheltered shore of Cabbage Tree Bay, immediately south of Manly. Its protected setting and relatively shallow water make it a popular place for swimming, snorkelling and scuba diving, with varied marine life to see below the surface. A coastal walk links the beach with headland lookouts and wider Manly routes, while nearby picnic space, a cafe, toilets, showers, barbecues and a headland car park make visits practical. The beach is not lifeguard-patrolled, so conditions should be assessed and children supervised closely.
