Shelly Beach
Shelly Beach sits between Moffat Head and Caloundra Head on the Sunshine Coast, facing east. At low tide, broad rock pools reveal marine life, while the Des Dwyer Walkway links the headlands for an easy coastal outing. Shelly Beach Park adds a shaded playground, picnic tables, barbecues, public toilets, a beach shower and off-street parking. The beach is unpatrolled and local visitor guidance advises against swimming, so treat the rocky foreshore, tides and open-water conditions with care.
