Mooloolaba Beach
- Family friendly
- Surf spot
Mooloolaba Beach is a broad sandy ocean beach on the Sunshine Coast, sheltered to the south by Point Cartwright Headland. It is used for swimming, bodyboarding and surfing and is patrolled year-round. Foreshore parks, playgrounds, parking, public toilets and showers are available, with restaurants, takeaway venues and other town services nearby. Its sheltered setting appeals to families, but coastal conditions can change and swimmers should favour the patrolled, flagged area.
