Pallon Beach
Pallon Beach is a quiet sandy shoreline on the western side of Dunk Island, also known as Coonanglebah. Dunk Island forms part of Family Islands National Park, and Pallon Beach can be reached by water taxi from Wongaling Beach or by following the island circuit walk from the jetty area. The beach is suited to a nature-focused island visit, combining forest paths, coastal scenery and a secluded shore. Visitors should plan transport and their return carefully before setting out.
