Middleton Beach
- Family friendly
Middleton Beach is a quiet sandy shore on Tasmania’s D’Entrecasteaux Channel, beside the settlement of Middleton. Access is via Beach Road and Esplanade Road, with a foreshore boat ramp, toilets and parking close to the beach. Its gradual foreshore, east-facing outlook and views towards Bruny Island suit a short swim, shoreline walk or simple waterside stop. The channel is used for swimming and paddling, but wind, tide and tidal flow can change conditions, so assess the water before entering or launching.
