Calverts Beach
- Surf spot
Calverts Beach is a sandy coastal beach on the South Arm peninsula, reached from South Arm Road south-east of Hobart. It is used for surfing, walking and family picnics, combining an open shoreline with a natural coastal setting. The beach works well for a short seaside stop or an active outing rather than a fully serviced beach day. Anyone planning to surf or swim should assess wind and wave conditions on arrival.
