Godfreys Beach

Godfreys Beach is an accessible sandy beach at the foot of The Nut in Stanley. Around King Park, visitors have access to parking, public toilets, a shower, BBQ and picnic facilities, and a children’s playground. The coastal walk toward The Nut adds views of distinctive rocky formations and local heritage, while a viewing platform offers the chance to see little penguins returning at dusk. Strong currents and submerged rocks are noted hazards, so local warnings should be followed in the water.
