About this beach

Tha Nun is a narrow strip of sand on the Phang Nga side of the Pak Phra channel, running north-west for about a kilometre from the bridges to Phuket; the old Sarasin Bridge among them is now open only to pedestrians. The beach looks across the channel to Phuket’s northern tip, and seafood restaurants stand at its bridge end. Sea turtle nesting has been reported on this sand in the past.
