About this beach

Ao Luk Tum is a small north-facing cove about 500 m long where Koh Ra's west coast turns north-east. At its western end a stony stretch of shore and bare rock lead out towards Koh Luk Tum, a small wooded rock just offshore, and the path to the cove crosses open grassland. The island is reached only by hired boat, and swell builds during the southwest monsoon.
