About this beach
Sunset Beach is a short beach at the southern end of Khao Lak, lying between Nang Thong Beach and the headland where the office of Khao Lak–Lam Ru National Park stands. True to its name, it faces west over the Andaman Sea, with resort accommodation behind it. Waves can build during the southwest monsoon, so current warnings should be checked.
