Two Mile Beach

Two Mile Beach is a gently curving sandy beach of roughly 3 kilometres along North Bay on the Forestier Peninsula. Continuous foredunes back the shore, with Top and Swan lagoons and associated wetlands beyond them, creating a quiet setting for walking, birdwatching and swimming on suitable days. The coast receives ocean swell and can develop currents in larger waves, so conditions should be assessed before entering the water. Some approaches use a walking route across private land and may require prior permission, making advance planning important.
