Richardsons Beach

Richardsons Beach is one of the more sheltered coastal stops near Coles Bay in Freycinet National Park. Its sandy shore sits among coastal scrub and pink granite scenery, with views across Great Oyster Bay, and is used for swimming, beach walks, fishing and kayaking. A campground, accessible toilets and car parking are located beside the beach, but the shore is unpatrolled and conditions still require personal judgment. Visitors should also respect the nearby Aboriginal shell-midden heritage.
