Nudgee Beach

Nudgee Beach is an approximately 1,587-metre sandy foreshore on Moreton Bay near Brisbane. Its connection with the Boondall Wetlands brings mangroves, tidal flats and abundant birdlife, making it more of a walking and nature-observation destination than a classic open-ocean beach. A nearby 1.5-kilometre boardwalk, parking and toilet facilities make visits easier; muddy tidal ground and changing water levels call for care when considering a swim.
